- Cadence
- Weekly, sometimes biweekly
- Format
- Virtual or in-person (MPLS)
Who it's for
Best fit if…
- 01You've been to therapy before and the same theme keeps showing up.
- 02You're high-functioning on paper and feel stuck or hollow underneath.
- 03You'd rather work with a therapist who goes past coping skills.
- 04You're navigating a real transition: divorce, career, identity, parenthood.
What it looks like
The shape of the work.
First session
Sixty minutes to cover what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you actually want out of the work.
First few months
We look at how the pattern operates: where it shows up, with whom, what it's costing you. This is foundational work, not warm-up.
Middle work
From there we trace the pattern back to its origin (attachment, family system, inherited story) and start working with the part of you that's been running things from underneath.
What changes
Beyond relief from the symptom, you tend to develop a different relationship to the pattern itself, plus a sense of self that holds together when life gets loud.
